It is important that from the beginning of their school life children are given the opportunities to develop their skills and understanding of ICT. In a world, which relies increasingly on computers children are encouraged to become confident in data handling, work processing and controlling systems. We have an ICT suite in the main building, which is used by all pupils, and this is linked to satellite suites in our other classrooms. By the end of the Autumn Term all our classes will have interactive whiteboards. We have a policy of updating our hardware as often as financially possible and as part of the National Grid for Learning we are linked to the Internet and Somerset Education Services own Intranet.
